I was experiencing a fair amount of pain in my hamstring and just thought I’d over stretched it or something and carried on doing my usual day to day things as well as continuing to train at the gym, pole and silks. 
After 4/5 weeks I told Georgina about the issue with my hamstring and she talked me through some exercises I should do to help strengthen and mobilise the area.
I completed these exercises 3-4 times a week for two weeks and I’m now up and running perfectly with no pain at all.
